Took my Ford Thunderbird in for touch-up on my driver side door and rear panel. I am very pleased with everything. The price was lower than the other companies in the area, the quality of work was outstanding, and the customer service was wonderful. How refreshing to have a great experience w no hassles. I can't say enough good things about Joe's shop! I had my first accident and was clueless. Joe's wife Jennifer walked me through the entire experience from my initial phone call to the time I picked up my car.

Joe did a beautiful job on my car. It was so smashed, I couldn't drive it. When he was finished, it looked brand new. I couldn't believe it. I'm so thankful to Joe, Jennifer, and Lou and I highly recommend them!

Wife and I made an appt for an estimate. Waited 45 mins for joe to get back from extended Lunch.

Eventually got estimate for getting dented Fender paint matched. This was my 3rd estimate and I found that Price was unreasonable and I asked why.

This apparently enraged this "Joe" character, as he proceeded to lash out at me with a tirade of F Bombs the likes of which I have never heard. My wife was so offended, she immediately grabbed my arm to leave.

We quickly HIGH TAILED it out of there.



I wish I had gone online first and read all the horrible reviews this Clown has received. It would have saved our afternoon.

Can I rate this even higher? Joe and Luis deserve a 6th Star. Five Stars is just NOT Enough! Their work, their customer service and their honesty are just through the roof GREAT. In a very competitive industry filled with over-inflated estimates, these guys are true gems to know and have worked with through this repair.

Anyone seeking Body, Frame and Paint work for their vehicles simply need to know these guys. The insurance company wanted to consider the car "totaled" based on the exceedingly high quote from another shop. Joe & Luis took all of 4-minutes to review the damage, consider their options and declare that it would not exceed the "totaled" value of my car. They worked with the insurance company and completed the work. While maybe not miracle workers, they do some incredible work, and they do it honestly. Not an easy thing to say about most of the people in this industry. But I will scream it from the roof tops for these guys. Thanks, guys.

I just wanted to give Joe’s Paint and Body Shop a big "Thank you" for the work they did on my 2004 BMW 325cic. I’ve discovered it’s common for some low profile car bumpers to hang on the parking chock (wheel stop). That’s what happened to my BMW. After several unsuccessful attempts to have it repaired I was desperate. I needed it repaired by someone reputable. I asked a mechanic shop I had used a few times who they recommend. I felt comfortable it could be repaired or at least fixed enough for me to drive safely without concern. Though the damage to my car seemed minor I realized after a visit to the first body shop it was not, their quote was $3000 for what they could see, probably more when they looked deeper. There was no way they could fix it without replacing everything. Needless to say I was in shock!

I went to my mechanic I’d used for years and asked for help. Immediately they sent me to Joe’s Paint and Body Shop. The professionalism and courtesy of all their personnel was truly amazing. Luis the manager was the person I dealt with first. He took a look at my car and his estimate to repair was $150.00! Unlike the original shop who could only replace parts he fabricated brackets that work perfectly. Oh but they didn’t stop there.

A year ago my car had been spray painted (bombed) on both sides in a parking lot. I spoke with Luis about buffing it out and they did so for $60.00! And, he didn’t stop there! He had one of the guy’s touchup the scratches too without me asking! I also needed someone to detail my car professionally and his recommendation was Executive Car Care. Luis told me to return after I had it detailed and they would touch up again. They were fantastic. My 2004 BMW Black Beauty looked great!

The difference between Joe’s Paint and Body and other shops is the years of knowledge the shop has. They are from the days of taking cars apart, rebuilding and fabricating parts that dealers don’t provide and other body shops can’t do. The work itself was flawless, and my experience with their body shop was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend their shop to anyone. Everyone was outstanding, Luis, Joe, Chris and BJ!

Throughout my entire experience dealing with them, I found that their work as every bit as good as their word. I can't tell you how refreshing it is to deal with skilled, honorable business people who do what they promise and more, on time and under budget. The last time my car looked this good was probably the day I bought it.

I can't think of what more a customer could ask for. They delivered exceptional craftsmanship with great courtesy. Thanks so much for turning a car accident into a positive business experience. I will be telling my friends and strangers about Joe’s for years to come.

I cannot describe how wonderful my experience was with Joe's Paint and Body shop. I'm not from the Orlando area and was involved in a car accident. Joe was referred to me from an Orlando resident and another mechanic in the area. Joe was incredibly honest and up front from the very beginning. There were two separate occasions where Joe has shown me how honest he truly is. He could have easily charged extra or had me purchase something else, but chose to stick with the cheaper option. His honesty and taking the more beneficial option set this place apart from any other shop. I have the utmost respect for this hard working individual and I understand now why so many people have recommended Joe. He's an honest, hard-working, and professional body shop.

The hood on my fairlane came open while driving doing extensive damage. Looked for 6 months for a new one to no avail. Talked to Joe and he bent, straightened, welded and hammered my hood back to like new condition. Thanks Joe
