Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram

I never write reviews, but I feel strongly about writing this one. This place is absolutely horrible. We went in to buy a jeep and they kept increasing the price the longer we waited and were unbelievably rude throughout the duration of our time spent at their office. Do what you can to avoid this place.

The worst repair experience of my life!!!!! Had my car for 29 days, missed 6 promised delivery dates and still waiting. Very poor communication throughout, too busy getting parts to keep me informed. Lied several times about getting parts damaged... Beware, I would NEVER use their Collision Repair Center again!!!

My experience with both Salesmen were very wonderfull. The salesmen that helped me were

Tyler and Jim Fishbaugh, and you could not asked for any better service. In fact, everyone

at the Olathe Dodge Chrysler Dealer Ship are so nice and friendly. Tyler and Jim should get a

medal for their friendly and helpfull attitude. You don't find these kind of people in some of the

other Dealership's. I can't say enough for thoughtfull ness and caring for people who entered

your front doors|

I called Travell and told him what I wanted in a truck when I got there he had the truck I wanted with all of the right equipment. I got all of the accessories that I needed. I am a very satisfied customer. Kyle is really good and he explained to me why my truck isnt worth what I thought it should be worth. Which made sense. Thank you Kyle and Travell

I came into today determined to stay with Toyota and buy a Highlander until I met Greg Dittmer and drove a Grand Cherokee. Greg and Daniel worked figures and I now own it.

This was the most pleasant experience we have had when purhasing a vehicle from a dealership. We usually purchase from individuals due to our general disdain for car salesmen. Terry was very low key and extremely accomodating to my husband and myself. He made our experience very pleasant and would recommend him to my friends. He is the best!

Every member of ODCJ sales team was professional, courteous, and helpful in assisting me in my desire to trade in my 2010 Chrysler Van and lease a 2013 Chrysler Van. They worked together to try to meet my trade expectations and my target monthly lease payment. There were some problems with the numbers on the first contract which reflected me paying more than we had verbally agreed, but that was resolved between the Finance manager, the general finance manager and the GSM. The final contract was just as I had agreed with the GSM. The salesman Mario was helpful and knowledgeable. The process from start to finish took 5 hours, which I think was too long, since we reached an agreement much earlier in the day.

Excelent people very easy to deal with

Mark and Mike were perfect salemen, it worked out very well and one of the quickest car buys ever.

I called and ask to speak to mark Saeidi and i was told by the operator that he was not available. I asked to speak to him so I could purchase a used car and the operator told me i needed to speak to a used car salesman and gave me a number to call. I called back 30 minutes later and asked again to speak to Mark but once again I used told I needed to talk to a used car salesman and i was again referred to a another number to call I was not able to talk to Mark and I was not happy with not being able to talk to mark in order to make the purchase. I was pleased with the used service of the used car person he was very very helpful but Mark was my salesman and That was who I feel I should have been referred too I was told that he was in NEW CARS ONLY.

Friendly and helpful with the whole process

Mike Moutray, Sr was extremely knowledgable. He educated us about the advantages of a Town and Country van. I would highly recommend Mike to my friends and family.

Mark and the staff at Olathe Dodge were great to work with. The whole process was pretty quick and pain free. As a single parent, I had to bring my kids with me on the test drive and all of the staff did a great job attempting to entertain them with balloons and drinks and such as we went through the normal car buying process. I would definitely recommend Mark and Olathe Dodge to my friends.

VERY NICE TO WORK WITH TROY AND MARK. HE WAS HERE TILL 8:30 pm. WE WILL COME BACK FOR ANOTHER CAR FOR MY MOM AS SOON AS TROY FINDS ONE.
