Normally I don’t trust taking my vehicle anywhere because you just can’t trust anyone. Matt is extremely trustworthy, very helpful, very professional!! I won’t take my Nissan any where else!! Highly recommend Lyle’s, ask for Matt!!

This place is one of my top 3 worst auto experiences in my life!
Should I count the ways or let you do it? They have had my car for over 9 MONTHS now! They won't return my phone calls. My calls all go to their same number, but sometimes I get a recording that says that the number is no longer in service? Other times they just don't answer.
Early on they lost the set of keys to my car, I had to get them another. Then they couldn't get the parts for my car thru their warehouse, so I bought them online or on EBay. Then they are short on help, behind on work. Or someone else's car has to be done before mine (9 months and counting). Almost $1,000 spent on parts and no car to drive. Really.
They said that they need to take the car out and test drive it around, it should be ready on Thurs of that week. They don't call on Thurs of that week, so I call them, again operator says # no longer in service. So, then I walked down there and they are all working! My car is setting there on 4 flat tires, including the 2 new ones from Marion Tire. Water has poured into the passenger side of front interior and molded the carpet. This must mean that they have removed or destroyed the cowl under the hood. Lyle tells me ''well, it is an old car, you know''. He laughs about it! Then he asks me how OLD I AM!? I am a Baby Boomer senior citizen, but what does that have to do with my car.? My car is a 1987 German model, he could have told me early on that they didn't have the time, tools or expertise to work on it. No, they take it, and after 9 months I see no hope in sight that it will ever be fixed or that I will ever get it back, without a court order or some legal action. This has greatly stressed my life and caused uncountable frustration and inconvenience. Also, they lie to me about what work has been done, or not done. One guy says one thing, Lyle says another.

had him fix my class c motor home.was paid before he delivered it back to me.did not put back in street were he found it.parked it up a three foot bank beside my shop,broke off all sewer pipes and tank.threw the broken parts up against my fence and left it.did not call at all.will not pay to fix it back small claims is next do not take anything to him he is not a business man with morals
