        Overall

        Napa auto distribution store on 60 the grover streets has a very good selection of parts and services. What makes it even more resourceful is that guy Franklin who is always ready to go way beyond your service expectations. He is very knowledgeable and true to the game when he does his job. He's loves his customers and always ready to dig in on what is needed for your vehicle. Walk in and watch this guy perform!

        I needed to install a CV j...

        I needed to install a CV joint in my '91 Ford Tempo but found some confusing instructions in the Hayne's manual I was using. I called and spoke to a young man who didn't know what to do but he referred me to another employee who cleared the matter up quite well.

        I'm glad the first person not only didn't try to BS me but also that he knew who to give me to for the instructions I needed. Also that the second employee was quite sure and knowledgeable about the topic!
