        I've been asking for an invoice and the user manual and they refuse to send it to me. Instead of resolving the problem, the owner finds time to give me a lecture. I don't understand what's wrong with him. Could it be a tax fraud because, re-sending or even emailing wasn't an option either?
        They were paid at the spot. I incurred a $524.30 expense on 4/24/18 for a garage door opener but no invoice until now (5/17/2018).
