Koyfman Dental

I had a good experience up until I received a bill in the mail stating that I owed money. I was attempting to find a dentist who was accepting new patients so I specifically went on to my dental insurance's website to find a dentist to make sure that I was in network. Dr. Koyfman was listed as a dentist there so I made an appointment. After the appointment, I received a benefits explanation sheet from my insurance letting me know that everything was fully covered. A few weeks later I received a bill from Dr. Koyfman's office showing that I owed over $100.00 to their office. I called their office and the lady who picked up the phone told me that I was "not in network" but she "would see what she could do about it." I told her that I was unsure why as I got their information directly from the insurance's website and when I was in the office they told me that I was 100% covered. She came back on the phone and said "they would waive the balance and wouldn't expect to see me back as they were out of network." I called my insurance to double check and the insurance stated "no, you are in network and we paid 100% of the costs. They are trying to get you to pay their tax write-off which they are not allowed to do." I called back to let them know and they said "there most have been an oversight." They are definitely sneaky and will do anything to get your money if you are a new patient.

Everyone is very nice and professional! They make you feel very comfortable and explain everything that they are doing. I was very nervous getting my first implant but they made it feel like just anther filling. Thank you for all you great work Dr. Koyfman and staff!!

I have been going to this location since I was 5 years old, I am now almost 50 (yikes). I love the girls, Vicky and Kathy. They are always so nice and have always helped me with every situation my life brings (new insurance, no insurance, household changes, etc). Jean is a wonderful person and has such a good heart! She goes the extra step in helping calm my daughter Lauren. And Dr Koyfman is such a good Doctor and very helpful in explaining procedures. Most people dislike the Dentist, but you all make it easier. -Sandra Sweatt

Another Great Visit Lisas, Orlando - Had another great visit at Dr.Koyfman's office. Everyone in that office is so friendly. I had a temporary hygenist today that fills in when the full time hygenist is on vacation. Even she was friendly and enjoyable. I love going to the dentist. How many people can say that?
