Our family operates a heating & air conditioning company in the Antelope Valley. We have been purchasing our tires for all of our service trucks from Affordable Tire for the last 12 years. We receive excellent customer service at modest prices. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Very timely service. Didn't like to be price gouged. Went to have them to fix a slow leak. Normal price was $12-$15 dollars. They charged me $25 to fix the tire. very unreasonable. Thanks Cdell

I called this store at 5pm Wednesday, December 08, 2010 and asked for a quote on tires. When asked what type of tires I needed i mentioned I need 225 45 R17 run-flats all-season tires. I was quoted Non run-flat tires. When I asked if the tires quoted were run-flat, I was told by the sales person that i did not mention run-flats. When I corrected this person that I did mention run-flat tires and all-season, I was told again, I said 225 45 17 and mentioned nothing on run-flat or all-season tires. I clearly stated which tire size and type at the beginning of the call. I, THE CUSTOMER, do not need to be belittled on the phone by the sales person, nor told what I did or did not say. This was the first time I had ever called Affordable Tire, and will more than likely not be calling back. They have lost a customer to very poor customer service. Dissatisfied potential customer, J.
