Eagle Automotive is an honest and reliable shop. I have several family vehicles that I take to them for routine maintenance and repairs. I always leave there knowing repairs were done right and that they will stand behind their work. I can also trust that they will not suggest bogus repairs. What else could you ask for?

This used to be a great place, but yesterday I dropped off my car for an alignment. I had to get a ride home as I live about 20 minutes away. Last night I get a message to call them, so I call back. It was about 7:00 pm, so all the guy told me was that they were closed and I would need to pick up the next day. I said fine and hung up. I go to get my car today and they tell me that their alignment machine was broken. The guy said nothing about that on the phone. I left them my car for a day and had to get two rides back and forth to the garage and nothing was done.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They are horrible. They were not apologetic at all and the guy would not even look me in the eye. HORRIBLE PEOPLE.

We called this morning regarding a "repair" this garage said they fixed last year. The electric motor on the window failed today. They were so rude on the phone that we took the car to another garage. We found out they did not put a new window motor in last year, but they charged twice the cost that the other garage fixed today. Take your cars to Deer Park Garage for better and honest service.
