        I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS, SINCE 1993, AND THE SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN GOOD. YOU CAN ALWAYS TRUST ARTHUR TO DO HIS BEST . YOU CAN'T SAY THAT ABOUT MANY OTHER SHOPS. I PRAY MANY BLESSING UPON ARTHUR FOR HIS LOYALTY TO HIS LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS, HIS FAMILY,CUSTOMERS, AND FRIENDS. MAY THE LORD BLESS HIM IN ALL HIS WORK IN JESUS NAME...

        Amazing service!!

        I am so thankful to have found Trans-Tech, I did lots of shopping around. When I came across Trans-Tech I was expecting them to be like everyone else just trying to low ball me to get my business - But they didn't do that at all they where completely upfront with me from the very beginning they gave me a minimum and maximum price letting me know upfront what it could really cost. Not only where they upfront with me about price I was still able to have complete control the entire time my car was being repaired. They called me after removing the transmission and inspecting the parts with my total. After having the tranmission out I still had a choice if wether or not I wanted to go thru with the repair. I never would have thought there was a mechanic shop out there who actually cared about there customers. Mr. Arthur never took advantage of the fact that I was a woman who knew nothing about cars. He explained everything to me in so much detail and when I didn't understand he was more than happy to print me a diagram and explain everything.
