Allen Turner Genesis - Parts Department

Do not use Allen Turner. Oct. 21, 08, I purchased a USED truck. What a rip off! I knew I wasn't purchasing a new truck BUT, I was told they would fix the few things on the truck but they have changed their mind! Also, one of the men scared me on the phone. I even told him he was scaring me, I was crying. As of today 11-25-08, I still have a temp. tag that has expired, they haven't even mailed the legal tag to me. Tell me, do you think they have had time? They are rude, they have lied,and I haven't even gotten a copy of the contract yet. They were mailing them to me. Also, used the wrong address. An address I do no LIVE AT. Please, if you have had any experience with these people, place a review on their web page. I wish I had read them before purchasing the vehicle.

We would not recommend Allen Turner to anyone again nor will we buy anymore cars from them. Very,Very Bad exerience with them this time. I recommend them to my son .Who's in the Army and needs a new car cause his moving out of state wilth his family. The saleperson was very pushey on what car he should get to start with. Not that my son did'nt like the car, it was a very nice car . The problem was that after having the car for three or four days my son got a call that he would need a cosigner. That was fine too, but after I went down and cosigned with a high credit score my son was turned down again after two weeks of having this car . They called asking him to bring the car back .The saleperson was unwilling to see if the car could be put in my name nor let my son get a cheaper car seeing that he was the one who pushed the higher price car. He was caught in many lies, and even threated my son, the saleperson is not very business like at all. I was even able to get a loan with No problem soon after all this with Allen turner.
