Chuck's Used Cars

Before purchasing any vehicle from this dealer have it inspected. We bought a 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser for $2892 and afterwards we found it needed approximately $1500 in repairs including replacing a broken motor mount, alignment, new battery and brake rotors, pads, and cylinders for the rear plus some dry rotted hoses. In other words, it is not safe to drive and sits in our driveway awaiting repair as we can afford it. We accepted that it was used and would need some repairs but, wow. And today, the dealer was calling my husband frantically at work because the tag we provided for transfer was in my name instead of my husband's. Today also was the last business day in the 30 days they have to provide us with our title and registration. My husband blindly trusted this dealer because our sons had played together on a church league baseball team. I really wish I could give this dealership zero stars. Pictured is the car we purchased.

wow im shocked reading these negative comments as my experience with chucks was totally different.with lousy credit chuck was the only one that would help me to get a car. he worked with me and i ended up with an acura. it didnt look so hot but hey i needed a car,,he assured me he would drive the car to california that day!! well mileage wise ive been to california over a dozen times on this car. and when i picked the car up it was beautifully detailed, i didnt recognize it !! the only minor trouble i had was fixed right away. when i lost my job and got behind they didnt charge me an arm and a leg for late fees. I cant talk good enough about chucks, and the office ladies , theyve always been kind to me. id say give him a try, theyve been there a long time and that says something good. when it comes to complaints the ones not satisfied will do a review, but seldom to the happy customers leave a review. you only hear the bad. im sure there are a lot more happy customers than not

Please do not go here, unless of course you want to throw your money away. The car we purchased looked to be in great shape, it even drove great. Put down 1,000 dollars. Car didn't even make it to our next pay date. 3 weeks in the car just died while driving to work. Almost crashed into another vehicle. I called the office and explained what happened, and was told they would tow it, and let me know what was wrong. After 2 days went by I called them, and they said it was the engine, and it was not worth the price it would cost to fix. When I asked how they could help me out, I was told I would need another 1,000 to put down on something else. Furious I told them I was not going to do business with someone like that. 2 weeks later as we were driving past guess what was sitting there for sale....... My car..... I cant even begin to describe how mad I was. I tried to call the office just to be a wise guy and ask how much they were asking down for the car they already sold to me, but they wouldn't answer the phone. Con artists.....

I bought a suv from chucks used cars and even though it had some problems they took care of me even though when you buy a car from them it is sold "as is" so you can't be angry they didn't force you to buy it

Never buy a car from them because they just sell you a car that will blow an engine in about 6 month. there corrupt as they can come in the auto business

It is a terrible place to buy a vehicle. The owner of the business is so rude, the girls in office don't know anything when asked. My dashboard lights were blacked out so you couldn't tell when you were having engine problems, not counting numerous other things that was and still is wrong with it. Taught me to never judge a book by it's cover.
