        I just had the best experience with the service department. I purchased a used 2013 sprinter van for my business in may 2018, then Oct.2018 The check engine light and the DEF light came on. This van is my entire business so if it goes down for any amount of time I am losing money. Needless to say I was taken care of and back on the road the same day. I didn't feel like I was over charged or spoken down to they were super professional and I am 110% going to purchase my next van from this place if the sales department is half as great as the service department it will be a win for me!special shout out to Mr. Putnam for taking good care of me and calming me right down when I arrived in a panic.

        The service department at this dealership is certainly proud to be rated #1 in the Nation in Service to advertise their dealership, but don't expect to see such after you purchase your car and need it serviced. After owning my Mercedes for less than a month, I had an issue with my vehicle. I called to make the appointment and was advised that no loaner vehicle was available and would not be available for another FIVE days! This is not the "convenient service" promised when I purchased my vehicle! I have owned a Mercedes previously in another state and NEVER had to sit and wait for my car to be serviced, regardless of having an appointment or not! If inconvenience is not what you are expecting when servicing your Mercedes Benz, do not call Mercedes Benz of South Charlotte!

        The best decision I ever made!

        Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte is owned and operated by Felix Sabates and his family. They have a great reputation for taking care of customers and thats why I bought my car from them. I had an incredible experience buying my first Mercedes-Benz and thanks to my wonderful sales person, I got a really great deal as well. By the way, this is a brand new dealership and is absolutely beautiful.
