Who would think that you need to "drop off" your car for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was for 11 am. I arrived a few minutes prior. I was told it would be 1.5 hours. I asked "why did I make an appointment?". I did a drop in earlier in the week and was given the same time frame. The service rep then said 1 hr. About an hour later I was paged from the waiting room (Keurig was broken but there was bottled water). I picked up my keys, went to my vehicle and the hood was popped. I closed the hood and tried to open my car. It would not unlock., One of the technicians was walking around with a set of keys. Turned out they were mine. I was given the wrong set from the service rep. I didn't notice because GM keys look alike and it had the big black Bowser tag on them. To top that all off, my car hadn't been serviced yet! Back to the waiting room. Total time 1.5 hrs. So much for the free GM service that was part of the promotion when I got the Acadia. I should have went to Penzoil and been out in 15 minutes AND the car would have been vacuumed and the windows cleaned! I may just pay for my next change, my time is too valuable to waste sitting at Bowser.

Overall

My new Enclave need regular maintenance(oil change and tire rotation) It took about 3 hours. The technician said he had hard time to open or take out something(I don't remember). I don't know if this is normal for all Buick Enclave?

Bought a car about a year ago. Went for an inspection $600+ in repairs.... After buying their most expensive insurance package they offered. Yet it did not cover anything, don't let the salesmen take advantage of a new car buyer!

Just recently bought a new Buick from here, everyone is so helpful and willing to work with you and they also took the time to go over every feature the vehicle had. I would recommend anyone to go there for a new vehicle!
