Service is quick and thorough. Walking in to the dealership is like walking into Cheers....everyone greets you like you are part of the family.
For 7:30 in the morning everyone in the service department was wide awake, cheerful, pleasant and ready to go. The shuttle driver was delightful and made my ride to work very enjoyable.
I want to thank both Chris Lasko and Morgan McLane for making this car purchase an enjoyable process. I look forward to continued business with the dealership.

I recently purchased my Mini from an outside dealer. Shortly after my engine light came on and I had to make an unplanned visit to Mini. I also had a huge list of small items for possible service. Dan Best attended to all items and provided price estimates as expected. My engine required major service and Mini worked well with myself and the outside dealer to ensure warranty coverages were handled properly. I spoke with Dan and the other folks at Mini numerous times over a week long period and everyone did a great job.

Every visit is exceptional. Lauren and dan are great. This visit was just for a tire. Thought we needed a new one, but found out could be patched. So thankful for the money saved so close to christmas. You guys are always awesome!

Pleased to learn that the faulty high pressure fuel pump was covered under warranty (Mini recall?) & So no charge. Service dept. replaced a rear stabilizer part, but still didn't have the part for the rear fog light, requiring another trip (120 miles round trip from my home). Overall I was treated with courtesy & made to feel welcome...

I continuously have wonderful experiences with the Service Department. From the initial greeting upon entering to door to ensuring that they stay in contact with me while my car is being service, the experience is priceless. I would highly recommend this location.
