        If there is a better breakfast in Orange County, I sure haven't tasted it. Pancakes come in all style from traditional to the flat, German pancakes and all of them are delicious. Practically everything on the menu, including and order of sausage and eggs (both made to order), comes with at least a side of pancakes hot off the griddle. If you've got a sweet tooth like I do, you'll want to order yourself the chocolate chip pancakes. This place is a local hotspot for breakfast and does so well that they don't even have to stay open for dinner hours (they close at 2pm). It's almost always packed, so you'll want to get there early to avoid waiting, but even if you can't the food will be well worth the wait.
