        When I put in my order in I was assured the shirts would be done on Wednesday because we were leaving on vacation the next morning. I called the day before and was told the shirts would be ready. I went to pick them up and NOBODY was there! It was before 3:00 and no note on the door, NOTHING! I waited in the parking lot for an hour and called leaving three messages. No one ever returned any of my calls and I left without the shirts. The next day we were leaving on our trip, still NO ONE returned any of my calls from the day before. I called to ask if the shirts were ready and asked if someone would be there? I told her about the day before, no response. My husband drove another 45 minutes to and from the shop to pick up the shirts making us late leaving for our trip. NO ONE APOLIGIZED or even mentioned it to him. I gave 4 stars on the quality because the shirts were nice but I won't do business with them again. BAD customer service!
