I am giving 5 star as "first-class" only because personnel assigned to me was what I expected for such high spy. However, they do need to improve on customer service. When I walked in I was greeted by a very mean, cold, tall blond. That's not the way to approach new customer. For me, that was a big, NO!

I had an appointment to get a manicure and pedicure, when I check in I'm greeted with " You should've told them you wanted "shellac" when you booked your appt." In my world its called a gel manicure and I was never asked to specify what type of manicure I wanted when booking and then they made me wait 15 mins. after my set appointment. Way to greet your well paying customers. I had my nails done on a Saturday, its Tuesday and my toe nail polish is already coming off and their "shellac" is already receding. You would assume they use the best products and provide excellent service for the $75.00 you pay. I'm sadly disappointed as I have been here numerous times for services.

On June 27th I visited your facility on Broward Boulevard, plantation for the first time. I purchased a gift card for my aunt. During my Purchase I asked the front desk clerk if it is refundable if the person does not want the gift. He explained to me that it was and I can also use it for other services. I verified and he assured me that it was. the recipient of the gift does not want the gift card. I tried to return it and was told it is company policy that all gift card are non-refundable. My frustration is that on the receipt and the gift card, no where does it says so. Additionally, I was given wrong information by your employee. If I knew the gift card was not refundable I would have never purchased the package. I requested to speak to the manager at the facility and he Declined and told me I would have to email the owner. I think it very unprofessional and not customer friendly to just tell me no that the manager Jay cannot speak to me and to email to try and get the issue resolved.

Clea is the best! I have had facials at so many places here and in other countries, Clea is by far the best. I highly recommend her!!!!!!

I am VERY disappointed in Contour Day Spa's bait and switch tactics!!! I bought my girlfriend a Spafinder gift card for Christmas 2011. (I buy her one every Christmas!) She hasn't had a chance to use it because her schedule is so hectic. Today, she took the day off from work just to use her gift card. She has been to Contour Day Spa in Plantation several times and she has always enjoyed it. It used to be at the Hardrock in Hollywood. She liked it much better at the Hardrock, but she had no real complaints about the Plantation spa. Understand that when I bought the Spafinder gift card, I made sure that the Contour spa in Plantation was listed as a participating spa on the Spafinder website. It is still currently listed as such. But this morning, before diciding wether or not to take the day off from work, just to be 100% sure, my girlfriend called Contour Plantation and they told her that, yes, she would be able to use her Spafinder gift card. She then decided to take the day off and finally use her Christmas present! She even asked a close girlfriend to go with her to enjoy a nice, relaxing spa treatment. Her girlfriend has a very hectic schedule as well, but she took the day off from her job too. But when they got to the Contour Plantation, the receptionist told her that no, she could not use her Spafinder gift card!!! The receptionist told her that they were not participating members of the Spafinder network. Naturally, my girlfriend was EXTREMELY UPSET!!! She told them that not only is Contour Plantation listed on Spafinders website, but that she had called earlier that morning to verify before taking the day off!!! The receptionist then went on to try to sell my girlfriend and her friend various spa treatment packages, in our opinion, thinking that they would go ahead and pay for it rather than leave and waste a day off from work!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! My girlfriend, as well as her friend, will never visit Contour Day Spa again!!! The whole point of me giving her spa treatments as a gift is to give her a STRESS FREE day!!! At this moment though, she is TOTALLY STRESSED OUT!!! Contour Day Spa does not practice good business!!! THEY ARE NOT HONEST!!! THEY LIED TO US!!! To top it off, when I called them to talk to a manager, the receptionist told me that no manager was available. I left my number and politely asked that a manager call me to discuss this. That was over two hours ago!!! Oh well, Contour Day Spa just lost a good customer!!!!!

I get monthly facials by Barbara. I absolutely love her! She knows her stuff and is very personable! I have been going to Barbara for over a year now and people are always commenting on how beautiful my skin is, how it glows and how it looks flawless. All thanks to Barbara and her magic facials :)

The service is "top-notch" and the technicians really know what they are doing when it comes to performing the services. The staff very welcoming and treats you more like family rather than just another customer. What I love most is that they always seem to be offering wonderful specials during mother's day and father's day making it really easy for me to just go in a purchase a gift card for the special.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. MY FIANCE BROUGHT ME HERE FOR MY 22ND BIRTHDAY- AND MY ENGAGEMENT RING, MY NECKLACE AND MY SUNGLASSES WERE STOLEN OUT OF MY LOCKED LOCKER. THE OWNER IS NOT GOING TO REIMBURSE ME FOR ANYTHING. I had the SPA MANAGER walk me to lockers where she SAW ME PUT MY ITEMS IN AND LOCK THE LOCKER. She KEEPS THE MASTER KEY UNSUPERVISED BEHIND HER DESK!!! There are MULTIPLE instances where patrons have had their VALUABLES stolen and the OWNER HIRES crooks! Check the OFFICIAL police reports!. .Tuesday 2/19/2008: Customer had items stolen from locker Thursday 3/13/2008: Customer had watch stolen from dressing room Wednesday 6/11/2008: Customer had purse stolen from locker Monday 10/20/2008: Money was stolen from an unsupervised register Monday 12/15/2008: Employee had wallet stolen from work area 03/04/2009: Ms. Farina discovered that 3 of her Spa employees had stolen over $140,000 over the course of 7 years 04/06/2011: Employee had $402.00 stolen from purse located in the customer service office 06/08/2011: My belongings were stolen from locker BUYER BEWARE. YOU WILL HAVE YOUR VALUABLES STOLEN FROM THESE CROOKS!!!

AMAZING!!! that is all i have to say about this place, absolutley AMAZING! I have never been to a spa where everyone has been so friendly, i was so relaxed it was exactly what i needed! I will be returning!

I surprised my girlfriend on here birthday for a full couples treatment (pedicure, manicure and the Journey to Eden) and had the best time ever!!!!!I had never done anything close to this in my life and manly went through with it only to keep my girlfriend company and do something romantic to pamper her on “her day”.

First of all I never really saw the place and I live 5 minutes from there and was overwhelmed with the size and all the facilities they have… is crazy they have everything!!!! The service was incredible and I begged the woman that gave me the Journey to Eden to give me my pedicure (pedicures are definitely a keeper in my monthly schedule from now on) she was so combing and knew exactly how to read my body so I definitely recommend her (Sara!!!I think her last name is Danio) !!!!!

In short we had the best time ever and felt so rejuvenated and relaxed, but most of all I was ecstatic to know that my girlfriend enjoyed it so much (she is not easy to please). I don’t normally write reviews on places but I don’t normally go to spas either so I really do recommend Contour Day Spa and defiantly know what I’m getting my mother for mother’s day!!!!

I received a gift card to receive a Journey to Eden at Contour, I had never been there and when read the reviews here, I was a bit scared that I would not have a pleasant experience there. Since I already had the gift card, I figured I would use it anyway. I go to spas all over the country, and I have yet to find a place that is as wonderful as Contour! I drive about 45 minutes every two weeks in order to visit the spa for my standing manicure and pedicure and once a month I also have a Journey to Eden which is a true Journey! I love the beautiful atmosphere and welcoming staff!

I'm 6 months pregnant and went to Contour to receive a Prenatal Massage and Pedicure! I was truly impressed from the moment I walked in. What a beautiful place! My therapist was certified in Prental Massages and knew exatly what I was looking for. Maybe because she was twice pregnant herself but she worked out every ache and pain in my back. After I received a spa pedicure ! The pedicure was almost a hour long! I feel so relaxed and thank all the staff at Contour!

Yesterday was my birthday and my mother and sister tricked me into going in to contour day spa. It was all ready raining and I was disappointed that my birthday was going to be runied, but after a 70 min swedish massage with one of contours best massage therapist following this hydro bath that my mom and I had fun playing in following a reflexology. This day was such a relaxing day. I got a brand new haircut and got to take picutre on the terrace after I was all dolled up. When it was time to check out I recieved $30 off my entire package for my birthay. I truly reccomend this place!!!

My visit to Contour Day Spa was a very relaxing experience. The spa is beautiful, the technicians were friendly and made me feel very comfortable. It was unrushed and I will definitely come back. Everyone was nice and they made me feel special! I will recommend Contour Day Spa to all my friends. It was definitely an unfogettable experience!

Don't let the looks fool you. The front desk person was very nice and then the hell began. The woman did not say hello tell me her name or anything. She did not say a word to me. The pedicure was very rough and felt like torture. It has been two days and my cuticles are still sensitive from being pulled off.At the end, she did not say thank you ,goodbye, come again...nothing.There was polish all over my skin. I get a manicure/pedicure at least twice a month. This was the absolute worse experience I've ever had.I will call the health dept sanitation of tools being used. The BBB would here from me but the front desk offered to have the woman fix my problem. Of course, I said no

My husban bought me a gift certificate, I had Facial (which was good). a manicure Pedicure ( massage chairs did not work ) and had my eyebrows done. They burned my eyebrows and then tried to say it was my fault for doing a pealing at the same time(when the same lady did both). Manager suggested that I paid for another one in 2 weeks and if still had the same problem they would refund both services. I told him I was not satisfied and he did not care. NEVER WOULD GO BACK, I had burnt marks for a week on below my eyebrows.

My husband bought me a day spa at Contour Day Spa for my B-Day I felt a wonderful energy as I walked into this full service spa, South Floridas largest. I was greeted by friendly staff and left alone to unwind until my treatments were delivered in a relaxed setting.



The most special aspect of this spa experience was the well- trained and knowledgeable staff of 200 therapists and technicians, led by a talented and caring new spa director, Theresa Lovell. The staff offered excellent advice for both troubled muscles and spinning minds. At the end of my treatments I was much more relaxed than when I walked in; I did not feel hovered over, but I did feel cared for in a special kind of way. I cant wait until another birthday or Mothers Day that coming around for another gift from my husband!!!

I booked an appt. for a facial, nails and pedicure. They make everyone pay upfront for all services from the moment you walk in. They told me to arrive 30 minutes prior to my 10 am appt., I did, my facial was set for 10 and at 10:20 the facialists said she was running late with her other client, she was finally ready at 10:35, my facial was to be 70 minutes long, by 11:05, she was done with me. She then made me purchase a $45. mask and said it was the best thing for my skin, I did, I was trying to enjoy my time at a spa, but could not because of very loud men laughing and talking just outside my door.



My nails were next, I asked for a full set of acrylics, the woman that did my nails did not understand why I wanted them filed round and kept giving me a hard time. Today is one week and a day since my nails were applied and they are all lifting and chipped from my cuticles up. And 2 nails have come off. $55 dollars gone!



I do not recommend anyone to waste their money at Contour Day spa, the service is awful and the actual work is even worst.

The staff here is so warm and helpful. I love receiving manicures here once a week, it's a real treat. Try the paraffin treatment, so relaxing.
