Savannah Car Wash & Quick Lube

Read all negative reviews. Thought I would go just to see for my self. It's a quick wash with a bunch of guys afterwards standing around. The effort put into the car to get it cleaned is minimal. Not worth the price. I would submit before and after photos but they would look the same :(

Both locations are not careful when handling your vehicle. I went twice to different locations. After using this service both times I found a crack in my window and also a crack in my bumper. It is a good car wash but they are very careless.

I have been a loyal customer to Savannah Car Wash for some years now, and went to the Pooler location for the first time today. Once my car was ready from the interior detail the attendant waved his hand next to the door, which is the usual process. As I began to place my things in my passenger seat the attendant asked for my receipt. I told the attendant that I did not keep it, when I checked out the cashier asked if I wanted a copy and I declined. The attendant then replied, "Well I can not allow you to get into this car." I could not believe what he just said, I have never felt more embarrassed in my entire life. I told the attendant that "I have never been required to show my receipt to get into my car, what am I supposed to do, you are not going to stop me from getting into my own car." Well, he did he stood in front of the drivers door and did not move and said, "I'm doing my job, I can't let you get into this car." Feeling embarrassed and intimidated I went back to the cashier and said, "I need a copy of my receipt to pick up my car" and she replied, "no you don't." To my frustration I had to explain to her that the attendant out side would not allow me to get into my car without checking my receipt. She printed a receipt and I walked back to my car, where no one was standing to "check my receipt" I had to yell across the to the attendant trying to get his attention he looked at me and walked off. As I began to walk after him another younger attendant stopped me and he apologized for the "inconvenience." I asked the young man what was the point of him making me get a receipt and preventing me from leaving if it was not checked with the one that was taped on the inside of the window? He had no response. No one else around me was having their receipts checked to get into the cars. I have never felt so mortified by a place of business in my entire life. I understand if there is some sort of system of checking receipts, so that a vehicle is not stolen, but from my experience with the cashier, the young attendant, and the observations of the other customers their doesn't seem to be one. I will never return to either of their locations due to the humiliation I was put through today.

Brought my car in for a standard wash, inside/out. Employee that cleaned inside of my car must have had the strength of "The Incredible Hulk" because he managed to bring the leather on my 16k mile Jeep's center console armrest from soft and smooth to pilly and dug up. In the sun you can see where the cheap rag was dug in and rubbed back and forth with some kind of treatment NOT MEANT for leather. Just half assed overall. I sent a VERY NICE email to management explaining situation so it wouldn't happen to anyone and got 0 response. Way to look after customers guys. I would avoid if you are a car enthusiast or even half care about your car.

This is a horrible place. They do not care about their customers property and the mangers do everything that can not to pay when their workers damage your property. I had a monthly membership with the carwash. It only lasted 2 months before I cancelled it due to poor handling of my vehicle. It's the principle of it. I understand accidents happen but I don't understand damaging the car then saying you are 100% sure your guys didn't do it... Sucks because now I have to drive all the way to Abercorn to get a car wash... But this Pooler location is horrible!!!

Went in for a full detail with hand wash and wax cost $124.99 with coupon. Told manager I did not want any chemicals (ie armour all or what not) used on inside of vehicle or on tires. Wife went and picked up vehicle and brought home where I noticed they used chemicals on tires and the spray went all down the sides of truck and the windshield and front of the truck still had bug guts on them. This was on a Monday and not busy at all. I will not be returning to this Pooler location again and we have 4 vehicles at our household that we detail 2 times a year.

They shined my car pretty well but I asked for a carpet cleaning and leather cleaning. They did not clean my leather and they did not clean the interior of my car door so there was still pollen stains. There was still trash in the car and the carpets didn't look shampooed. I paid $89.00 for a half assed job I don't recommend this place.
