Automatic electronic extended ignore for an extended time, then I was told that someone would call me back.

They have always been fair and honest with me although I am an older widow. I bought a used mini van from them and when it began to have problems less than two weeks later they tried to track the problem down and when they couldn't they contacted Chrysler corp. and put a whole new wiring harness in as they were advised and did not charge me a dime. They also took me home after I dropped it off and picked me up when it was done a couple of days later.
