I bought a bracelet in 2020 for $9k from a pawn shop. When I bought it they told me it pure gold. The gold is now coming off and the bracelet is actually only gold covered. The shop has changed owners but kept the store name. What are my rights?

It would be undecided to anyone telling that it will be out of your hands, so investigate to the Pawn Shop of where you have parched in the first place and the time the the jewel was falling apart in where you took action.
