Same experience as the previous review. Hidden fees after making the deal. Mandatory $375 documentation fee and $199 paint fee. They mark the cars down lower and make it up with extra fees after agreeing to deals and backing customers into a corner.

Bullied into buying services or no deal!

Buyer Beware!

Before you buy a car from this dealer, watch out for hidden $199 service fees in PS agreement. I spent a few days going back and forth with one of their internet sale people Megan O'Donnell and we finally greed on a purchase price and I would pay dealer fee and taxes. I drove an hour to Metro Ford, I went to sign all the paper work on a new $68K F350 Deisel and they they tried bullying me into buying a $199 service fee for window etching. I refused to pay the $199 services fee because I didn't want it. With that said, the salesmon Adam said I was getting a great deal and the dealer had to make their money too, so if I don't pay it they won't sell me the truck. Imagine that, forced to buy something you don't want. Well, I refused and then told they wouldn't sell me the truck and honor the deal. I then I got up and left and no one stopped me. It's not about the money and I understand business well and know dealers have to make their share, but this tactic was poorly played out. It's all about principles and I won’t be bullied into buying something I do not want. I also wanted to note I purchased a new 2012 F350 Diesel here before and they tried to pull this one on me however I had declined signing the contract when they delivered the truck and paper work to me, so they had to refund me $199 back since I already had the check ready. I guess this time I wasn't worth their return business or loyalty giving me an ultimatum to pay the $199 fee or not get the truck, I decided to contact the owner Michael Grieco to make him aware that this was poor business practice, while doing so I got in touch with his secratary Lynnette who was very nice and understanding to get my call on a Saturday. She took my information and stated Dominic Grieco "Executive Manager of Metro Ford" would contact me Monday to discuss. At this point, not sure if I would even buy again from them, but I'll wait to see what's said.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY LIE AND DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH!!!!!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....RIGHT DOWN TO THE MANAGER - DOMENIC GRIECO!!!!!!

This is by far the worst experience I have EVER had with a dealership.

AVOID METRO FORD or any dealership managed by the Grieco family. I dont know if they father is a good businessman, but if he is allowing his son to manage his dealerships this way, I would steer clear of all of them!!!!

LIES BEWARE **BAIT AND SWITCH** BEWARE LIES

I had spent the weekend looking for a car in MA for my daughter, we traveled North East and West of Ashland. After narrowing down the choice with specific details on what we wanted. I sent out the e-mail on the Ford request site. I was contacted by several dealerships, some could not help me however MetroFord said they had "EXACTLY" what I wanted the Focus SE sedan with a sunroof and winter package. I then sent them the exact pricing we were quoted told them that a car would be purchased today or tomorrow, could they beat the price we were given.

**I am Elaine the MetroFord Representative is Danielle [METRO FORD 1651 New State Hwy, Raynham, Mass]**

EMAIL: [From: Elaine Sent: Monday, June 24, 2013 4:59 PM To: Danielle Camastro Subject: RE: Metro Ford: Price Quote] Danielle, The car she really wants is the more expensive of the 2 she really likes....It is a 2013 Ford Focus SE Sedan, with a winter package and power sunroof this is what I have on the paper MSRP of 21,480 and after discounts/ promotionals is $16,967. She has contacted her father and he is going to meet us there tonight....I just want her to get the best price and her to be happy with the car. Do you have a car like this on your lot [White, Black or Red in order of her preference] and can you beat this? If you can then I will be down tonight, if not she will be buying this car tonight. She has $6400 as a down payment/fees/taxes. Elaine

RESPONSE: [RE: Metro Ford: Price Quote Monday, June 24, 2013 5:45 PM Mark as Unread Flag this message From: "Danielle Camastro" <dcamastro@metromotorgroup.com> To: "Elaine" <ma_gene_mom@yahoo.com>] Hi Elaine We happen to have the White SE in stock with the winter package and the sunroof. My sales manager said to come on down we will beat this price. When can you be here? Danielle Camastro

Prior to leaving my home I called and spoke to Danielle....Yes they had what I wanted and what time can they expect us, about an hour, about 7pm. We had every intention of purchasing the car the dealership said they had if they beat the price as they said they could.

We [my daughter and myself] arrived Danielle met us and passed us along to Brian Kirby who proceeded to take us to their lot. We wander around in between the Focus's. My daughter asked where is the car? He says well we have some out back and let me check, leaves us in the lot and returns to the building. We wander out front and he meets us outside as we were looking at a used Ford Focus 2012 45K miles, we ask the price and its 17K. He leaves us again, to once again check the inventory and talk with sales manager....

We go back in the building, he [Brian] comes over and says I have been talking with my manager and we cannot come close to that price. My daughter asks well where is the car you said you had....We do not have it, you saw our inventory.

To say we were both livid is an understatement.

I go outside to make a phone call and the General Manager Robert Roche comes out and asks how he can help me. I explain what had just happened and he said Danielle mis-understood my e-mail....{Seriously you have a copy of the conversation where was the confusion?}

I said to Mr Roche, So you lied about having the specific car, they lied about meeting or beating the price and wasted my time! He said well I can get you the car in 6-8 weeks. NO we drove nearly 1 hour based upon what we were told by your company. This is a classic example of Bait and Switch and I will be reporting to the Attorney General. He said You have a nice day and walked back into the dealership.

I then proceeded to call the Raynham police and made a formal complaint. Explained what happened and said this is BAIT AND SWITCH and the officer nodded yes! Another officer arrived and added that this is not the first time we have been here it happens often...

Inventory was good many to cho...

Inventory was good many to choose from. I went on a busy day and 3 hours later signed for my new vehicle. Then the problems began. There was a missing component on the vehicle and was told it was on order and would be installed before I take delivery of the vehicle. A week later I went to pick up the vehicle and was told that the part came in but in the wrong color. Six days after that I went 50 miles back again to have a sticker and the part put on. Well now it seemed that not all the pieces were sent so they were on order again. A week later I go the 50 miles again to have the finishing pieces put on. After waiting a two hours was told that the wrong cable came in. I have had the vehicle for 3 weeks and still waiting for the final part to come in. I have put around 300 miles on this new vehicle and they have all been driving back and forth from the dealership to have work completed on it that I keep getting the run around with.

Can I give this company a "no ...

Can I give this company a "no star?" First off I asked for a car to see if it was available for a test drive. The dealer said it would be there. I drove 50 miles outside my normal commute home, only to find out the finance manager took the car out for the night to impress some bimbo. They at least said they were sorry and let me test drive some similars. I take it out of my schedule to go on a nice monday holiday with wife and newborn in tow, to test drive the car. The car was there and the newbie employee did the normal sales gimmicks. We then went through the sale pitch. It took 2 hours of everyone saying yup you will get a nice low apr. So all of a sudden after the sales manager is asking if I want this car at the price. I said yes but not at the current apr and i have another car with a great apr ready for purchase. I wanted their car. Well this A-Hole asks where is this place? I give him the used car place and he says that no small place can get you that APR. "We sell 100s a month, they might do 50 and we cant get you that!" he states. He thinks im bluffing. I tell him what he can give me and he says 7.99% hahahahahahahaha Well I say I wont buy and leave. Sure enough I have purchased this other car for a lower APR and he can suck it. To: Debra the newbie employee, you deserved this sale but your boss is an idiot. I hope you find peace and prosperity wherever you go, but that man screwed you. To: METRO VW Corporate, please fire the guy behind the computer as he thinks he knows what he is doing but instead hes loosing business for your and your family. Thanks -owner of a 3.99% APR used car bought from a small nice place.
