        Overall

        This is the best bakery I have been to on the West Coast. If you're visiting Washington, you have to stop here for coffee and pastries! Best customer service, very clean establishment and excellent, quality taste. I would live here if I could.

        General Info
        Step into a simpler time, when every town had a bakery and the Andrew Sisters were playing on every radio. Order a cup of Joe and sit down to enjoy a delicious pastry created fresh that day. We offer a full service bakery, including breads, rolls, quiche, pies, cakes, and assortment of pastries. Our bakers are on site so that you can enjoy and experience fresh baked recipes from as far back as six generations. We welcome you to talk to our bakers about your special orders too! We feature Caffe Darte coffees which are roasted locally. Our specialty coffee is Alderwood Roasted. The Roaster is a 1949 Balestra Wood-fired roaster which is regulated not by computers but by a roast master who adjusts the roasting guided by a temperature gauge and sample viewing throughout. This produces the smoothest coffee without the usual bitter after taste. We are so excited for you to try our coffee with your favorite latte or mocha. Kringles Specialty Coffee Drink is the Cats Meow, which is a White Chocolate & Irish Cream Mocha.
