Franktown Carwash

Very poor carwash - I had to wipe down my own car - no one could help me. However, they had the balls to yell at me and tell me to move my car. Don't go there anyone, they are unprofessional and lack the ability to communicate with the public. Do not believe anything Jimmy the car wash advisor, he lies!! He is uncouth and does not belong in the position he holds although it is a low life level of work and he can't perform in the environment. I will tell everyone I know to not visit this establishment - it is terrible. Rating for this facility is a zero! Don't go there - there are many better carwashes in Reno.

Paid for a premium car wash and they did not vacuum the inside of my car. Left garbage on the third row of my car! Manager barely understands English. Won't go back there again!

Brought my car here to get their highest wash offered for 99.99 this included a high end wash as well as full detail of the inside by shampooing the seats and carpets. After taking it home, water rings appeared on the front seats and the car smelled like wet dog because apparently we are supposed to request the air freshener instead of the cashier mentioning it and giving it to us. Also, the steering wheel was still incredibly dirty. We brought it back and had to explain our return to 3 different people, they gave multiple excuses as to why the water rings occurred and proceeded to discuss what to do in spanish. They said they would get to it in 20 minutes. There was no priority given to the vehicle considering we had to return and thus had to wait over 30 minutes for them to even touch the car. Customer service is atrocious and apparently to work here, you need to speak Spanish and have a green card. We will never return here and recommend that everyone else take business elsewhere.
