There customer service is awful...management is awful and disrespectful (Tommy Galliat). Wrecked my brand new truck then made promises of which they didn't keep in exchange for wrecking it. But first they wanted us to send a review with 5 stars before they added parts...cut story short no parts added and poorly repaired truck. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO FRIENDLY! BUY AND REPAIR ELSE WHERE!!

I took my car to atlas after an accident last month, mainly because of the BBB acredit and free towing and free rental, what more could you want right? Well you sure do not get good service here,I had alot of body work done, and the only thing internal replaced was my radiator and my condensor. Everything was great for two weeks until I was driving and guess what happens? my radiator and condensor fall out! I immediately had them tow it, they had it for a day and said I "had hit a rock or piece of wood and maybe didnt even know it and knocked the parts out of place". They refused to honor the warranty, wanted me to file ANOTHER claim and pay them ANOTHER deductible. Needless to say I immediately had the car towed to another shop for two reasons, one for a second opinon and two if they were refusing to honor the warranty I sure as hell was not going to pay them any more money for any repairs. I got yelled at and hung up on, they are totally professional :)

Service was very professional and fast. did a great job of matching the color which was a little tricky on my truck
