The carpet cleaning job was excellent which it should be after $300+ and tips. One of the carpet cleaners damaged my wall and I emailed, phoned, and sent pictures to the management but from the attitude that I got over the phone, I do not expect any professional customer service reply are any reply at all.

Not at all happy with this company. The crew was nice, they did a good job of cleaning the rugs but I got charged for 3 rooms instead of two and while they advertize that the carpet will be dry in 1 to 2 hours, it took the bedroom 36 hours to completely dry. I called and left message but no one thought it important enough to call me back. Will never use this company again.
