La Bella Dona Spa & Salon

I've always had a good experience at the La Bella Dona. I have my favorites but I'm sure they're all very good. The front desk is always pleasant and very nice and the bottles of water they offer you are a nice touch. I only book my mani/pedis with Chrystia because they last for weeks and she is meticulous about my paint job. And I’m lucky enough to have found my bikni waxer for life. Book with Esther for your Brazilian Bikini waxes, the procedure is of course not painless like they say, but it was the least painful Brazilian wax I’ve ever had and I’ve been everywhere/seen everyone. The rooms are nice and Esther always make me feel at ease, I have incredibly sensitive skin and the redness after a wax is usually gone after an hour or so. I only go to La Bella Dona for my Brazilian waxes.

I just moved to Richmond, and was in need of a new skin care person. Well I got so much more then I ever dreamed possible. Truly the BEST facial I ever had. I've had many in my life. The service, the decor, the everything was "THE BOMB". I almost did not want to give this review because I'm worried they will get to busy and I will not be able to get an appointment...But it's only fair to let everyone in on this wonder place. Thank you, La Bella Dona.

Elizabeth is my lady!!!!! I love her. I started going here last October and had one young lady. She left and I was scheduled with Elizabeth. I am sooo glad. I love Elizabeth. It is just very relaxing and I trust her! Everyone should use La Bella Dona. Nansey and her ladies are wonderful. The whole staff is exceptionally friendly and I will not go anywhere else!

I was referred to La Bella Dona Skin Care by a co-worker. She has been going there for waxing and skin care services for the last 5 years. I was very apprehensive about getting a wax but she assured me that I was in the best hands in Richmond. Boy was she right!!!! I had such a great experience there I feel that I need to let other people know how wonderful they all are at La Bella Dona! The enviroment was so nice and relaxingI was very surprised. I was welcomed right away and even offered water that had their name on it! How nice! Elizabeth did my wax and even shared with me some great waxing secrets. I had no concerns once I met Elizabeth about my wax. She did a great job. I even went back the next month and had a facial with her. What a great experience!!! She was so knowledgable! I'll never go anywhere else. Trust in La Bella Dona and you'll agree you're in the best hands in Richmond!! Love them & especially Elizabeth!!!
