The Maids in Richmond

It was a long winter and I decided to treat myself to a spring clean! I had never used a cleaning company before, but called The Maids. The office staff was wonderful. They explained what to expect and I wasn't disappointed. Sounded like a lot of money, but you get what you pay for! The cleaning ladies were smiling, professional, and went right to work. I was amazed at how thoroughly they cleaned, better than me! My husband was so impressed that he told me to sign up for regular service. I didn't argue! It's such a relief to know I can count on my house being clean and enjoy my kids and family more. Definitely worth it!!!

I was very impressed, my house never looked so good. They actually combed the fring on my orientla carpets!

My mother in law made a last minute decision to come visit my husband and me. We only had one day before she arrived and my house was in dire need of a clean. I called the maids and explained my situation they were very understanding. I was a little skeptical about the price, but it was very important to have my house clean and sparking when mom in law arrived. Well when the team got there one lady (the supervisor) immediately assigned the other 3 ladies to a room then she got to work herself. I was so impressed how they clean the house and when it was over the supervisor came to me and asked if I wanted to check the house. She walked around the house with me and I had my white glove ready to find dust, but there was not any dust not even on the top of my refrigerator. Then she asked me if I wanted maid service either weekly or every other week? I had to say yes. They did a wonderful job and were very pleasant I would recommend them to everyone.

They broke the glass of an oil lamp and bleached several areas of my carpet. When I called to complain, they sent someone to take care of the carpet, but he just made it worse- I would have rather had bleach spots than the carpet look like it had tried to be repaired. Also had bleach spots on my bath mats. The only good thing I can say about them is that they came out the same day I called, but they charged me to mess up my carpet and break something. Go with a more reputable company.

A waist of money.. My 7 year old could of done a better job. $225.00 for the first clean what a joke the trash wasn't even taken out the mirrors in the bathroom not cleaned. They promise alot and deliver very little. Belive me read reviews .. I used another company on the same website good reviews, smaller company.. They did a great Job..When does Quality become more important than Quanity.Sincerly,Unsatisfied Customer

These ladies do a wonderful job! They scrub everything until it shines. It's so worth it to have them come in 1-2 a month so you can enjoy a fresh smelling house and a sparkling clean bathroom.
