The owner of this company, Sam, is not a good man. I dont know how his work is but hes a terrible human being. Not professional what so ever. Sam found my husbands detailing business on google. He asked if we can go out to riverside to check out his RV to give him a price for an exterior detail. We went to go check it out and Sam ended up wanting a price for not only the RV but exterior details for 3 other vehicles. Sam quickly agreed to my husbands very reasonable price and scheduled an appointment. Well today after detailing his RV and 3 vehicles, a total of 7 hours of work, SAM IS REFUSING TO PAY FOR THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. My husband does amazing work. We use high end materials and products, no cheap stuff. What decent person in this world doesnt pay someone like this? Just warning everyone, dont do business with this man!

It was well worth the several times I had to call back. After you see this man work you can see why he's not able to grab the phone with a chainsaw in his hand. I was patient, and now I've got great trees.

To achieve excellence, you get what you pay for. Mr Knapp is busy, in high demand, and is a genius at what he does. I am pleased, he consulted with me regarding my trees and I followed through with his suggestions over the years. The result of my patience with him (like I said, he's busy and I had to make several calls) is that I have the most beautiful yard and trees. His crew clean their brush away and I could not have been in better hands.

Spoke to Mr. Knapp. Charges begin at his door 150 per hour. No free estimates. He said he'd call back with an appointment. Has been 7 days and still no call. Don't waste your time.
