        Overall

        I have shopped at this "Antique Mall" since the late 1990's when the mall sold actual Antiques, and the vendors were truly Antique Dealers. Over the years this mall has deteriorated in selection and quality. Gone are the true antiques and gone are the Antique Dealers. Items commonly found here are Beanie Babies, Boyd's Bears, Longaberger Baskets, Army Surplus, and Car Parts (yes, there is actually a booth here that sells car parts!). This mall should be renamed -- Roanoke Thrift Store/Flea Market. Don't waste your time shopping here if you are looking for Antiques.

        This is a nice place. However like so many other malls the prices are really high. I have found the best bargains to be in Bedford.

        The Roanoke Antique Mall is my favorite antique store in the Roanoke Valley. Its really big, has a real variety of excellent quality antiques and collectibles AND the prices are good. Plus, the staff are cordial and knowledgeable. I think thats a hard combination to beat! -- Tammy
