Thanks to White Bear Mitsubishi (WBM) for excellent customer service once again. I've been going to them for parts and service since I returned to Minnesota and have had nothing but wonderful encounters with all their personnel. My purchase of my new Mitsubishi Outlander was no different. Jamie Keller is a fabulous representation of the kind of service this dealership offers. His time, patience and friendly demeanor are an exemplary stamp of what you get when you shop with WBM. The same can be said for Jennifer with the finance department. You'll find no greater team to work with and no better dealership than WBM. If I'm privileged enough to stay in MN, I know where my future car shopping will take place.

I had such an amazing experience buying a used car at White Bear Mitsubishi! My salesman, Brian M., made the process so easy and fun and answered all of my questions with ease. He made it clear he had my best interests in mind, and I never once felt pressured to make a purchase! During our appointment, almost every employee in the store said hi to me or sparked up a conversation, making me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I highly suggest stopping by White Bear Mitsubishi when you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would!

I looked around the country for the car I wanted in the color I wanted. White Bear was able to divert a shipment from the port to make it happen when my local dealers were only interested in selling me a car they had. I flew from Texas to Minneapolis and my salesperson picked me up at the airport in the same type of car I was buying - she owned one as well! Their 'fair pricing' roots from Saturn, that their folks aren't paid on commission, and the family attitude made for a very smooth and low-stress (well, no-stress!) experience. This was the first time I'd ever visited a dealer wanting to ask more questions so I didn't have to leave so soon. Ann, Cartrice, Tom, and Nancy are professionals! Need a car? Hope on an airplane - it'll be worth the trip!

When buying a new vehicle, the last thing anyone imagines is that contacting a dealership is going to be an experience that affirms the good that exists in humanity. However, for me, that's exactly the kind of experience I had at White Bear. Before committing to come in, I spent several hours calling every Mitsubishi dealership within a day’s travel of me. The professionalism and helpfulness of White Bear staff immediately made them stand out from the rest and the commitment and integrity that they followed through with places them in a class second to none.

I worked with Ed by phone, Rob as my primary salesperson, and with Tom on completing the financing. Every single person that I met was as remarkably professional as they were knowledgeable on the cars I had questions about. At no point did I ever feel pressured into something I didn't want or see a need for. I was further impressed that White Bear not only lived up to the expectations we built while talking on the phone, but exceeded them on every front when it came to closing the deal.

Perhaps equally impressive is our new Outlander SLE Touring, to which all other vehicles we looked at pale in price, quality, features, and technology. Trading in my deeply loved Toyota Corolla S Plus seemed difficult when looking at other models, but when we test drove the Mitsubishi Outlander, it clearly outperformed in every way. With the comfort of an industry leading 100,000 mile, 10 year warranty, complimentary road side assistance, White Bear’s Extended life-time power-train warranty, the optional life-time electronic component warranty we took advantage of, and the legendary reliability of Mitsubishi’s MIVEC 2.4 liter engine, upgrading seemed as effortless as it was obvious.

In a world full of deals too good to be true, shady salespeople, and false promises, White Bear Mitsubishi is a bedrock of honesty and integrity. I have never been to a dealership more friendly, fair, helpful, honest, or full of brilliant individuals who live and breathe their industry. The pure unadulterated excellence they exhibited has earned them my customer loyalty for many years to come.

My experience was awesome! I worked with Nancy Miller in sales, Richard Herod III (the GM), and Kim Berbaum in finance - from start to finish my experience buying my Evo was top notch! Nancy was incredibly helpful in finding the right car with the right equipment and was eager to show me all of the cool features my car has (besides the fact that it's fast)! Richard was instrumental in making sure I was completely welcome and at home while I was there, and Kim went the extra mile in making sure I had the best experience in protecting my car and my lease. After I bought my car, I noticed it pulled to the left a little, so I took it into service. Troy, the service manager, was super eager to assist and had the alignment taken care of right away. While they were doing that, one of the technicians noticed that a trim piece was not properly installed from the factory and they fixed that for me, too! A+++++++++++++!!!!!!!!

I have never been to this dealership but will be going very soon. I do not know which irresponsible salesman sold my son, then 19 years old a $40,000 car but I am very unhappy with him and my son’s father (who co-signed the loan for son)! How stupid can you be to sell a 19 yo kid a $40,000 car. Son has not been able to drive this car for 9 months because the clutch is out and he can’t afford to fix it due to this car costing him $1,000 a month between insurance and car payment!!!! Now there is a recall on the clutch but that will not cover the issues with his clutch. I have now contacted service and am waiting to hear how they will make this right for him. I surely hope that when he is able to get this car repaired and trades it off that if he decided to do business with this dealership again they will treat him right. I am amazed at the good reviews for this dealership. Maybe I will feel differently when this is all resolved but we will see. Deadbeat father to co-sign loan and then not help his son get car repairs done and salesman that probably made out really well on commission resulting in kid who is stuck in a job he doesn’t like just to pay for a car that he can’t drive!!!
