I can honestly say that after reading the review by Kathy Johnson, I am shocked that anyone would feel this way about that office and it's staff. I have been doing business with Michelle and her staff for several years and would never use any other escow company. Each staff member is professional and informative. In all of my years of going into the office have I ever heard ANYONE yell, scream or use foul language in in a joking manner!! As for her being rude, Michelle doesn't know how to be rude.



The services provided by the Affinity Escrow Services Team is Top Notch. They are a hard working team that work together to support their clients and one another. They not only provide exceptional service, be assured that when you use them for your escrow company, they will deliver 150% or more to make your transaction go smoothly and close on time. What Kathy describes in her review of her "Visit" to the office cannot compare to all the visits I have made to that office over the years.



I have referred many agents to her and they have all been very pleased and referred others to her also. Don't let anyone stop you from terrific service............ Go get YOUR 150%. You'll be glad you did and will not use anyone else for escrow again.

I actually used to work with these ladies and this review does not sound anything like Affinity Escrow! They are incredibly organized, down to earth and professional. They have many regular clients who will not work with anyone else for a good reason! I was honored to work and be trained by them, and I hope you will give them a try also.
