A+ Tea House

Yummy basic boba tea place. Long line in the complex though. The line starts from them back of the store which is pretty small

Great little tea house with 12 tables and 4 comfy sofas.

Their wifi is extremely fast. Their old fashion tea is very good.

Horrible experience.

Without me asking for it, he claims he gave me a "to go" price on their terrible coffee.

Because of that, I have to leave, and drink it outside. I couldn't sit, like I'd planned, after a long drive. I couldn't believe my ears. The place was empty, and he wouldn't let me sit and enjoy my coffee because he $&@#ed up.

Never go here.

This is my favorite pearl tea place so far in LA. It has excellent boba that is warm and has a touch of honey. It is a nice contrast from the cold milk tea. The milk tea isn't too sweet either. The almond milk tea is also excellent. I really like the coffee jelly too.
