My husband and I just went through Nathan for insurance after shopping around! He was the most professional & best priced!

I will never do business with Farmers Insurance ever again. Nathan Spencer's agency has screwed me over time and time again. They assured me that the amount I was paying for was everything up to August plus my 6 months starting from August on. Well go figure that was wrong because they both failed to look at the account properly so now they want me to pay more than what they quoted and assured me would be the price. Nathan was the one looking at the account and telling us everything was good to go and I won't owe anything else. I should have known better than to believe him but I thought hey I am going to give them one last chance. Well they blew it I am cancelling my insurance with them first thing in the morning. I have another company that costs half of what they do. Hopefully I won't have to go back to the BBB again just to get my money back like last time. It took them a month and a half just to issue my refund because they had overcharged me for months because they didn't put the quoted amount in the system. I called them every week and they said they were working on it or they never called me back. I finally got tired of being lied to so I went to the BBB. I would recommend not going to him because you will get screwed over!!! I had to have my husband call them because I was so upset when I got the bill in. It's sad how many companies take advantage of their customers or don't know what they are doing so in turn the customer pays for their lack of knowledge. It's disappointing.
