        Overall

        I visited the shop this morning.

        Could not find the entrance door, so I had to yell at someone welding.

        He was angry at me for no good reason.

        I told him I was sorry he was having a bad day.

        He told me, "You are making my day a bad one."

        I wonder if he knows what customer service is ?
