An ice cream shop classic! We use washington-grown strawberries to make this flavor, with chunks of real strawberries and a touch of organic vanilla extract.
Vanilla Bean
Our rich, creamy vanilla ice cream gets its flavor from organic, fair trade vanilla extract flecked with tiny bits of organic vanilla bean.
Earl Grey
Coffee ice cream is a staple, so why not tea ice cream?! We use organic and fair trade earl grey tea, steeped overnight in our sweet cream & milk.

Chocolate Peppermint Swirl
Our classic, decadent chocolate ice cream made from melted bars of theo chocolate gets a festive twist with organic peppermint extract and a swirl of peppermint-y hot fudge. Made from from washington-grown organic peppermint and fair-trade, organic theo chocolate.
Cardamom Goat Fro-Yo
Our first official winter flavor is nice and light, and deliciously spiced with organic cardamom! We're using goat kefir from grace harbor farms in custer, wa. Grace harbor's goats are well cared for and have access to outdoor pasture.
Vegan Salted Caramel
Vegan salted caramel is back! Made with organic coconut milk, homemade vegan caramel sauce and kosher salt, the first bite or two is coconutty, but then the umami of the salt and caramel just takes over and the coconut takes a backseat. It's so delicious that vegans and dairy-lovers alike go crazy for it!

Molly's favorite sundae is the perfect mix of salty and sweet - melted chocolate and salted caramel ice creams with hot fudge, candied hazelnuts, local, organic whipped cream and a chukar cherry.
Peppermint Hot Fudge Sundae
Vanilla bean ice cream topped with peppermint hot fudge, homemade brownie bites, whipped cream and a cherry. Peppermint hot fudge is made in our kitchens using organic cocoa powder and extract of washington-grown organic peppermint.
