To those who complain about how Tiffany Talent requests that you use their photographer, etc., it's not "shady" for an agency to want their talent pool to have consistency in the manner in which they represent the company out in the field (ie, at auditions, etc.) Get a clue. Tiffany Talent is by far the most professional and genuinely enthusiastic group of people I've had the fortune of working with in the industry (over 10 yrs exp.) Once you're part of the family - and yes, to join the industry in a legitimate/worthwhile way you're gonna have to spend some money - they offer and coordinate free improvisation nights, endless support, and work tirelessly for their talent. Don't be mislead by other agencies promising more for less b/c they're likely full of it or are running a revolving-door talent agency to maximize their revenues. If you're unrepresented and are looking for a professional, trustworthy agency, call these guys and discover their quality first-hand.

BY FAR the friendliest, most professional, hardest working, and classiest agency in this town. I have been in the business for nearly 15 years and have made EVERY mistake you can think of, and it was ALL worth it now, just to find this team. One of the VERY few agents in this market (or any) who ACTUALLY care about their talent. Tiffany Talent is the hallmark of an example of what talent agencies SHOULD be like. They bring integrity, ethics and professionalism to an industry that sorely needs it... All while creating a harmonious, safe and encouraging oasis for any artist to learn and grow and hone their craft. Also, to anyone who has the audacity to call this place a "scam"... This is the mark of a rank amateur and a comment of pure idiocy. Nobody "requires" anything upfront, it may be suggested if you need help with your technique though. And headshots tend to cost money, just like anything else. My shots were HALF the price and easily TWICE as good as any others I have seen.

Working in and around this business for many years, the #1 rule of thumb is to never go with an agency that requires you to pay anything upfront. Things USED to work this way at Tiffany Talent, but now (in what I've heard is a desperate attempt to keep business afloat), she requires you to use her photographer for head shots and you must participate in her workshops to come on board. Any legitimate agency will not require for you to use their photographer or take their classes. The people at Tiffany Talent are nice (as most will agree who have met with them) - and this is how they hook you. Don't be fooled by this. This agency is not SAG or AFTRA affiliated. If you are seriously considering working in this business, you wanted an agency that is. Otherwise, you can find a lot of the same type of work she is offering on the "Performers Callboard" or other legitimate public casting sites. I would look elsewhere if you are in the market for an agent.

Definitely NOT a scam. Tiffany Talent is a professional agency who are completely straight with you up front. They do not promise you will become a star, but they do promise they will do everything they can to help you succeed. This they do. My wife and son belong. Both have been invited to their share of auditions. One of them has booked two jobs already.

Really nice and honest, but yeah, you have to get headshots from their photographer. Plus they're $400, and you have to pay $200 for the workshop. I think they could actually get you work, if you've got the money.

I'd rather read some helpful information from reviewers who say more than just, "she's/they're nice." I want to know, did you get modeling jobs? How many? Did you get paid well? How fair was the contract?

amazing agency.....very honest and helpful! other Seattle agencies just ewant you to pay them money, and don't reaaly care about or even know their talent. contact Tanya"s team and learn what a great industry this can be when you have the right people in your corner.

Nice lady but...........and here is the BIG but, she makes you get headshots from HER photographer. That is really shady. No one is the business does that, only scams. The headshot photographer is actually pretty good but that was a deal breaker for me. Just something to be aware of.

Brilliant agentcy. Very ethical. and they don't soak you with bac head shots and upfront fees. They treat you like family. Give them a call, you won't be sorry. And definately take the workshop!!! It is a personal journey that will leave you confident and better prepared for the Seattle market. And extremely affordable.
