The FEMALE MANAGER AT THE COMPANY WAS VERY VERY RUDE UNFRIENDLY AND VERY INCONSIDERATE, she made the matter in all sarcastic comments , I asked her can she at least see any important papers that were in the car she told me no , she wasnt doing anything to help me , she made a comment saying well Im not the one who crashed my car that right their said it all for me . She told me I was not able to get my papers out the car , unless I payed for it the car is not fixable shes all about the money and it is not right I understand you supposedly run a business but little do she know Professionalism is key and that is something she lacks terribly, she rolled her eyes at me showing additute. if it was up to me shell be jobless, it was honestly hurtful she showed judgement as if she knew me or something , I didnt know Customers get treated like that.
