Carter Subaru

I just have to say that going to this car lot was seriously one of the best things I've ever done. I am surprised by the other reviews. If I could give six star I would! Hands down best customer service I have ever received anywhere in my life. They were efficient and rather quickly got us into what we wanted. So impressed, definitely recommend checking them out!!!!

In 2003, I bought a brand new legacy outback wagon from carter subaru, and it has been the biggest mistake i have ever made. the car is a lemon. the head gaskets have gone out twice - the second time because the carter mechanic incorrectly replaced the original head gasket which caused extensive damage to the motor, it cost $3600 to fix carters mistake. the computer system crash and had to be replaced. finally the mechanics at carter subaru incorrectly installed brakes on my car, which carter refused to fix and i had to get them replaced by another mechanic. carter subaru sells defective products, employs mechanics who dont know how to repair the cars being sold, and the customer service is the worst. the employees are rude and snotty and couldnt care less that i spent $23,000 on a piece of junk. my advice is to avoid carter subaru like the plague. the only thing they have succeeded at is losing a life long and loyal subaru fan.
