Evergreen R V Service Inc

We were getting the code "no co" on all modes (DC, AC, LP) from our Artic Fox camper fridge . On 7/17 we took it to Evergreen RV Service for diagnosis & repair. We were told our truck was not charging the camper batteries. For $270 they "fixed the problem"; so on 7/22 we headed for the mountains. Our campsite had no facilities requiring our camper be self-contained. Now our fridge was flashing low dc". Checking the camper batteries we found one had only 8.2v and the other 2.6v. The 2.6v (back battery in holder) had no water in one cell, full in another cell & low in the rest. The 8.2v battery required more water. We removed and replaced them with our boat batteries, problem solved. It appears to us that the "expert mechanic" at Evergreen RV Service didn't check the voltage in either camper battery and certainly did not check the water in the back one (lazy or incompetent?). Both batteries need to be replaced but not by Evergreen. They not only lost that sale but a customer.

I have no idea, since I have never shopped there and never talked to them

We have reported this establishment to the BBB for the following reasons- horrible customer servie, racism, and shady buisness practices. I would be very carefil doing business with this establishment. If you must, be prepared for yor appointments to be changed, work not finished on said time, price qouted to change. This is a horrid establishment in our oppinion. Feel free to experience it first hand if you like. sincerely duped.

My family has a 32 footer very nice, we are african americans and are pretty well off. But it seems when ever we visit this establishment were treated differently, how you ask, very short and to the point answers, longer wait time to be seen than others, appointments set out further than others, how do i know! a friend and i called with the same question, mine was answered not at all, told i would have to bring it in, friend called back same ? different voice if you get my drift, was given a whole plethera of info so much he can know fix our problem. Thanks evergreen know we can tell people of color where not to come.

Working with the crew at Evergreen RV Service has been a pleasure. I started out knowing nothing about the rv I bought from a relative. The employees here have taught me about repairs, generators, batteries..you name it. Bringing my rv to Evergreen RV in February this year... I was presented with a list of repairs needed to make it safe and livable. There were 12 items on the list and each item has been fully addressed and repaired. I would suggest anyone to, if they have questions about there rv or there are repairs needed, bring it to this Business. They'll treat you with respect and give you honest service for an honest price.Thanks Evergreen RV. I'm a forever customer!

I have been taking my RV to Evergreen for many years. They have always provided great service and reasonable prices. I recently switched due to convenience factor. What a mistake. I will always stick with Evergreen

I have been taking my Eurovan camper to Evergreen for several years now. They have always provided great service and excellent prices. I recently tried another shop and had a really bad experience. I will not take my RV to any other shop than Evergreen again.
