Herb Gordon Subaru

Our car was jerking. Herb Gordon Ford diagnosed the problem as a bad spark plug and fixed the problem quickly. The car runs great now! The service rep was polite and even cleaned a stain on the back seat of our car in his own tim at no additional expense. We will be back and recommend to our friends.

Luis is great, he helped me get my car repaired in a timely manner and helped me find coupons to help with the cost.

We have bought or leased at least 10 cars from Herb Gordon. The sales people never push you or treat you like an idiot. The service department is excellent. A number of times they have refused to charge me because a problem was easy to fix. The same people have been working there for years and we feel we have real relationships with them.
