Mickey's Garage , Inc

I am a business owner and I don't take posting lightly so I will keep this brief as I can.
As I have read these posting, there are a couple of things which resonate to which I can attest to first hand.

1. Mickey was very unprofessional, rude and appeared confrontational.
When he worked on my vehicle, 2008 Jeep with less than 70K miles, which had been running hot, after picking it up and traveling less than 4 miles, it ran hot again, placing a 70 year old woman on the side of the road.
When I got him on the phone making him aware, he rudely said ,"he wasn't going to work on it on the side of the road", showing no empathy for my situation. I never asked him to work on the vehicle on the side of the road, I have AAA and was only making him aware that his repairs had failed.
2. I got the vehicle towed back to his shop. After a couple of days, I received a call that the vehicle was ready. I went to pick-up the vehicle and asked him if it (the car) was right , to which he told me "the best thing I could do was to get in my car and go on down the road".
3. I told him I was not trying to be smart but really was making sure the issue had been identified and properly addressed.
4. He stated, My car was a piece of sh..!
5. I apologized to him if my inquiry offended him. Paid my bill and left.
6. I spent over $1200 at this business from replacing various components of the cooling system, from the radiator, water pump, thermostat and thermostat housing.
7. If that wasn't enough, less than 400 miles later, the vehicle,Jeep, was running hot, AGAIN!
8. I took it to the Jeep dealership and they found the antifreeze fluid was contaminated and the thermostat housing was cracked, costing me more money.

This was my experience and I can not support this business who treats customers with such disrespect. Furthermore, I don't know about other mechanical repairs but cooling systems or maybe Jeeps are not their specialty....

Stay away from this place. Your car will not get fixed. When I dropped off my car he told me it would be a week before he could start on it. 2 weeks went by and he still hadn't started on it. After 2 1/2 weeks went by I called to get an update since he didn't have the courtesy to call me and let me know why it was taking longer. He told me the parts would be in that day and he would start working on it the next day. 2 days passed and he still hadn't started working on my car. After 3 weeks of waiting I went to get my car so I could take it somewhere else. I told him I was tired of waiting for him to do it. He started cussing at me and told me that he said it would be 3 weeks when I took him my car. His little helper even started cussing me when I said I was going to take it to somebody that would actually fix it. I don't think that a good business owner would start cussing at you when you have waited way longer than what they told you it would be. That tells me he doesn't know how to run a business. Do not waste your time with this garage unless you enjoy getting lied to and being cussed at.

This man is horrible. I ended up having to get a new motor to find out that I didn't need it. He admitted to swapping parts from my car to his sisters car. He cussed me and my girlfriend out when we asked him why he replaced my engine instead of replacing the flywheel This man is a scam! He is not someone to take your car to.... It took me over a month and a half to get my car back and I am still having problems with it. I DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!!
