Very professional. We arrived at the designated time that she set. Upon arrival we were greeted professionally, and the review began. During the walkthrough I was not rushed and things were explained thoroughly. No corners were cut, Danielle explained everything to us and her recommendations on what was urgent and what could wait. She gave us a book at the end of the walk through that explained how to maintain your home and things that need to be taken care of annually. We received a well detailed color picture report the following evening. It has the pictures of the items that she inspected and comments to follow. The immediate attention things are highlighted in red and its simple so that anyone can understand. Her price was very reasonable and for the service it was well worth it. I would definitely use her services again and recommend her to anyone who needs an inspection done.

Danielle is incredible, she made this process smooth but cut no corners. She was able to point out deficiencies that the seller was unaware of so it saved me a lot of money on the sale. She was thorough and willing to explain and answer all of my questions. She is very friendly and at the end of the inspection she provided me with a book on how to maintain my new home.
