I usually don't write reviews. I made an exception considering the level of service and the quality of the job Ron and his team at Janelle Collision Center in Weymouth provided. I had a relatively small repair from a minor fender bender. This was an insurance claim and I did not think the appraiser adequately accounted for the work required to bring it back to the original condition. From the moment I got on the phone with Ron can he assured me that he would manage all the communication with the insurance company once I dropped off the vehicle. If the vehicle required more repair than what was allowed he would work this out directly with the insurance carrier without any additional cost back to me. This was music to my ears as I did not have the time or the patience to deal with this. The vehicle was finished within the timeframe that he originally quoted me and when I went back to pick up the vehicle the car was beautiful and they even vacuumed out my SUV. I have one complaint, I noticed that one fog light was out I immediately called Ron as I was driving down the road. He said that it was replaced when they made the repairs . He went on to say that I could bring the vehicle back anytime and they would pop in a bulb and if that didn't fix it he would check the wiring harness to get it to operate all on his own time. What more can I say great service great job true to their word.
BTW...just left with the new fog light bulb as promised!

Over the last year, my husband and I have had several body repairs done on new vehicles. They are perfectionists, taking pride in their workmanship which is unsurpassed. First door panel and rear bumper scrape damage to a 2014 Ford Focus. The latest was to a brand new 2015 Ford Mustang. Two repairs were needed - scrape damage to the body and replacement of the driver side mirror. They perfectly matched the paint, which had to be special ordered because it was new with this model year. They made it look brand new again. You might think that this exceptional service comes at a high price - but they are actually competitively priced. We bought our new Ford cars from Jannell in Hanover and naturally used their body shop, but they work on any make and model. We highly recommend them to everyone we know. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

My experience at Jannell Collision Ctr was excellent! Manager, John A. was great to deal with and he will give you a honest answer in regards to the work that needs to be done on your car. He was straighforward with me on both time and price and the finished repair was accurate on both, and he did not throw any curve balls during the process. His team did a great job on the repair, my car looks as good as new. Jannell Collision Ctr even cleaned and vacumed the inside of my car before I picked it up.
