        Extremely pleased with the experience and interaction I've had with Cook's. They're very friendly and sincere about they way they treat their customers. They honored a transmission warranty I had, which was well over its expiration date- something unheard-of these days, and were happy to do it. I would highly recommend their services and I'm sure you'll see why.

        When I brought my 2001 Jeep Cherokee in I thought I had major problems. It was spinning out in low gear. I expected a major repair. If I had been given one, I would not have questioned based on my expectations. I was very surprised and happy when I received the news that I had a rear seal leak and my transmission fluid was low. They fixed it and it cost me less than $100.00. They had no idea if I would ever be back since transmission problems don't happen everyday. They did the right thing by choice . I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone or to go back myself. They have earned my respect and trust .
