Self Storage-North Foothills

Ignore the other reviewer - they are using their personal financial situation to rate this really nice storage facility. I do not work there, but the initial 1 star review was just another person who is making excuses for their inability to manage life. We all have financial troubles, but there is no reason to bring the business down with you. It's one of the few actual CLEAN places in Spokane in general.

I just signed up to store my RV there yesterday. Yes, it is spendy, but every storage place you go to is spendy. If you can't afford storage, then sell your stuff. Make payments on time - they are not your financial babysitters, so don't make it their problem.

Anyway, the covered RV storage is just what I was looking for. They gave me a discount of 10% for being a veteran. The place is clean, has a wash bay to wash RVs, cars or boats in, and has a huge lot of garages for your storage needs.

I don't like this storage place in anyway. My aunt gets charged 25 dollars a day if she late and they charge way to much for the month she was late and now it is up to 635 and in the begaining she was paying 188 a month then her family has problems and she let them know and they charged her 25 dollars a day. Now for her to get her things she has to pay 635 and where is she going to get that. 25 dollars a day after being late is to much. I don't get why they can do this . Most places that I go to if I am late it is just a 1 a day for late fees and the storage until I got was 10 by 70 and it held all my house. This foot hills is a bad place to storage anything. I didn't get a hold of her before she went there.I wished I did. I can't believe it. Where I have my storage is in a good place and it show;s video and locked gate and they are really good if your late. The Foot hills will only keep you in debt and if I want to get my things all I have to do is say I am coming to get my things and they let me.

At the foot Hills you have to do it like a lease like on a house I want to say to my aunt I am sorry I didn't get you before you put your things in a rip off place. I will help you get your things out of there and help you make better desions.
