- Our goal at Trapnell Orthodontics is to provide the same high level of care that we would provide to our own family. Thats because, at Trapnell Orthodontics, we are a family. Trapnell Orthodontics was founded in 1996, with the first location in Provo, Utah. From a young age, all of the Trapnell brothers were fascinated by science, due in part to their father being a biology teacher and encouraging them to pursue the field. They were all very similar throughout the years with similar interests and hobbies, which led all of them to pursue Orthodontics. For over 25 years, Trapnell Orthodontics has maintained its reputation for excellence in family orthodontic care and customer service. Everything we do is for our patients and their comfort.

Their facility is warm and inviting which makes for a nice environment to be in. Most of the staff is friendly and treats you like you are family or a close friend. Of course there are some staff members that are just plain snippy and make you feel like your concerns or thoughts don't matter. After bringing concerns about the results of the treatment that I paid for, I was treated like my concerns were unfounded and I just had to accept the results of the treatment. The arrogance that some of the staff occasionally have (including the good doctor), makes you feel like you have no right to bring up concerns or question the results.
Brian and staff are always helpful and kind, I always feel all my questions are answered and they work really well with you on the financial and appointments. I would strongly recommend them.
We love coming to see Dr. Brian Trapnell in Springville. The staff is always very kind. The assisants are always careful checking my mouth and gentle.

My experiences are always amazing, starting with the friendly smiles up front, the attention to detail from my assistant (Kimi) and ending with the incredible care from Dr. Trapnell. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

I love every day that I come to my appointments. Everyone is great and friendly. Everyone makes me feel welcome and like family. It's a great environment and great smiles.
