Dr. Edgar S Steinitz, MD

I visited the Sports Medicine Clinic at Allenmore yesterday. I had being seen at the clinic when it was on Cedar several times.I was surprised to see the women at the front desk wearing sweatshirt type attire. They were not attentive to people walking up the front counter, which I find very rude. Upon my visit with Dr. Edmondson, new knee specialist. he immediately told me he wouldn't do a TKR of my knee until I lost weight. He said the new knee implant is designed for "ladies" that weigh 120-145. I had seen Dr. Popich numerous times and he had never told me that I couldn't have the surgery until I lost weight. Dr. Edmondson was abrupt,condescending and smug. I would never recommend a visit to this office.
