        Chase one of the tire guys was extremely helpful and went above and beyond what he needed to do to help me. I felt like the employees were honest and fair and is won't take my car anywhere else going forward! Excellent service

        I was so impressed with the gentleman in the parts department. Vey much of a gentleman, and a credit to this store. I brought this to the store managers attention, and she told me that is him 100%. My hat is off to you and just let me say "Thank You!

        Poor Service! Pep Boys failed to initially diagnose the problem. Although the repair was not done, they tried to charge a fee to a customer.
