        After being charged to have my tires allined for 89.00. Comes to find out they never did what I paid for. I found out by taken my car to another branch because I still had a pull to the right. The 2nd location confirmed that the store at W. Hillsbourgh NEVER did what I had paid for. Please use CAUTION when dealing with this branch.

        On time and on budget, poor workmanship though

        Brought the car in for an oil change and was surprised to slip on the greasy, oil on the floor of my car. This is not the first time this has happened. They gladly cleaned it up and offered my next oil change free. I noted my complaint on their website response form but still haven't heard from them, even though it claims they will contact you with a resolution. Next time, I'm just going to cover every inch of my car first.
