Pediatric Partners

This office was terrible. Even though I am HMO, I made a big enough stink to change doctors/groups immediately. I was referred by my realtor (just moved to this County). My two year old has allergies and has been on meds since 6 months. This is the worst time of the year for her. Even when hospitalized at 5 weeks with infections, she did not run a fever. She was recently sick for 3 days with a fever (102). Urgent Care was a joke. They are open from 10:00 AM TO 2:00 PM ON THE WEEKENDS! I waited until Monday morning to go to the office first thing (9:00 am for them). The office staff was rude and had me fill out a form. IF THE TRIAGE NURSE FEELS ITS JUSTIFIED, SHE'LL CALL YOU. She called at 11:00 am, I called her back immediately. SHE FAILED TO CALL ME UNTIL 12:30 pm. They close from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm DAILY, so we went in at 3:00 pm. I had to ask the doctor to look at my child's throat to rule out an infection. They are totally inaccessible, and have no business in pediatrics.
